Lindsey Z. Lampros
Lindsey Z. Lampros joined Lavin & Gedville, P.C. as a clerk in law school in 2010 and has settled into the firm culture developing relationships with long-term clients and new, alike. Her primary practice areas are real estate, business transactions, and corporate finance. Lindsey has experience handling complex real property deals from leading clients through due diligence, negotiating the purchase agreement, resolving title matters, and closing the transactions. She is experienced in numerous types of corporate and transactional work, including multi-jurisdictional company restructuring, corporate redemptions and issuances, organizing new entities, and maintaining existing business matters. Lindsey has counseled clients in numerous financing arrangements, such as complex secured credit facilities, construction financing, revolving lines of credit, refinancing existing loans, and private placements. Lindsey’s attention to detail and organized approach allows her the ability to efficiently manage a wide range of deals, big or small, complex or routine.
